The easiest way to organize your webinars is to set up folders, similar to the way you organize your email.

Folders are accessible from the My Webinar home screen. When logging you will see your folders minimized.

Click on the arrow to expand the folders. You can drag and drop any webinar into any folder at any time. You can create as many subfolders as you desire.

The folder in pink shows the folder which is open and all webinars within that folder will be displayed. The open folder will be displayed next to the search field and can be removed by clicking on the "x".

Folders can be renamed or deleted by clicking on the menu next to the folder.

When creating or editing webinars, you may choose to place your webinar within an existing folder.
