Visuals, audio, and other multimedia elements can significantly enhance your webinar's impact. webinar.net empowers you to upload a variety of content formats to enrich your webinar and create a visually dynamic experience for your attendees.

Why Upload Content to Your Webinar?

Adding multimedia elements to your webinar offers several advantages:

  • Enhanced Visual Storytelling: Images, presentations, and videos can help illustrate your points and create a more visually engaging experience for your audience.

  • Increased Comprehension: Visual aids can complement your spoken words and make complex information easier for attendees to understand and retain.

  • Boosted Engagement: Interactive elements like polls and URLs can keep your audience actively involved throughout the webinar.

Uploading Your Webinar Content

There are two ways to upload your content: within the Webinar Scheduler or via the Presenter Console.

Webinar Scheduler

On the Content tab, you can upload videos and slides for the presentation.

  • Click on the Upload button to import your slides and videos

    • Slides supported formats include .ppt or .pptx.

    • Videos supported formats include .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .avi, or .flv.

  • To remove a slide or video, select the Remove button.

Presenter Console

Within the Presenter Console,

  • Click on the folder icon to open the Content window.

  • Import your content by clicking on the + Click here to upload hyperlinks.

    • Polls - Break the ice and keep your viewers actively involved by incorporating live polls. Click here to learn more.

    • URLs - Expand on your points by offering links to relevant articles, blog posts, or case studies that delve deeper into specific topics covered in your webinar. Click here to learn more.
