How do I cancel or reschedule my webinar?

If you need to re-schedule your webinar's date and time before the start date has passed:
You can go ahead and enter the General Settings page for the event in question and adjust the webinar's schedule to fit the updated date and time you'd like.


To make a change to the webinar's start time:
Click on the Edit button, and a calendar picker will appear with options to update the date and time of the webinar:

Could you be sure to click the blue Save button to publish the new date and time for your webinar?
You'll now notice the date and time have automatically been updated anywhere they're displayed.

If you instead intend to cancel or delete the webinar completely:
This can be completed from the Webinar Actions inside the three-dotted menu on the page's right-hand side.

Clicking Delete will remove the webinar from your account and is a permanent action.

Be sure to advise webinar.net support as soon as possible if you accidentally delete a webinar, as it will only be held for a short while before being permanently wiped out!
