Webinars are a fantastic way to share knowledge and connect with your audience. But a truly engaging webinar goes beyond a one-way presentation. That's where the Q&A component comes in! This powerful feature allows your attendees to ask questions in real-time, fostering a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
Why Utilize the Q&A Component?
Boost Audience Engagement: Encourage active participation by giving your audience a voice. The Q&A feature keeps them involved and interested throughout the webinar.
Clarify Concepts: Address any questions or confusion attendees might have during the presentation, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Build Community: The Q&A session can create a sense of community and foster a dialogue between you and your audience.
Setting Up the Q&A Component
Within Interface Builder, add the Q&A component to your Interface.
NOTE: The Q&A component is added by default in a newly created webinar.
To customize the widget, click on the component's gear icon and select Configure.
Display numbering - populate the checkbox to add a number before each question in the order the question was answered.
Display timestamp - populate the checkbox to display the date and time in which the question was asked.
Allow viewers to submit questions during on-demand viewing - populating this option will allow attendees to submit questions during the On-Demand. The questions will be available for viewing within the Q&A inbox.
Send submitted questions to email addresses - when this option is enabled, you can add email addresses inside the designated box so any submitted questions will be sent to the added email addresses.
PRO-TIP: If you're allowing viewers to submit questions during On-Demand viewing, activate 'Send submitted questions to email addresses'. This helps you stay connected with your audience and address their questions even after the live event is over.
