With the new Presenter Experience, you can add Overlay images (e.g., Presenter Name, Department, Title), a.k.a. lower third, to the Media Player and have them shown on the screen. Each presenter can be labeled with an overlay image that can be uploaded to the platform and placed over their webcams.
Overlay images can be used with Scenes (Backgrounds) and Layouts for a new experience.
How to Upload Overlay Images
Once your overlay images are ready, you can upload them to your webinar by:
Selecting the webinar where you want to display your overlay image, then enter the Interface Builder.
Within the Interface Builder, go to the Media Player component settings by clicking on the Gear icon at the component's header. Then select Configure.
Under the Overlays section, click the Manage button, and the Manage Overlays window will appear.
You will see the Upload section to the left and three tabs to the right: In Use, Library, and Public Library.
Upload your overlay images by clicking on the Browse button.

Managing the Overlays
Previewing
To review the overlay's look in the Media Player, click on the specific image within the In Use folder.
The Customize tab will appear, and the system will show a preview of the image and its size so you can select the correct image with no problems.
Overlay Positions
To configure the overlay position on the screen, click on the dropdown menu under the Position section.
By default, the overlay is positioned at the bottom, but three position choices are available: top, Middle, or Bottom. After selecting a position option, click Save.
IMPORTANT: Each image is configured separately.
Saving to the Library
All the images you upload will be located in the In Use folder. This means the overlay images can only be used in this specific webinar, but you can save them for future use in another webinar. To do this:

Log in and connect with your Camera and Audio.
NOTE: The overlay image will not apply when
you are connected via Audio only.
Click the View Presenters in the stream control section.
The presenter list will pop out. Click on the Manage Experience option below.
The Manage Experience window will appear. Click on the Layer icon to access the Overlay configuration.
From here, you can assign overlay Images to the presenters by clicking on a presenter and selecting the corresponding overlay image to display.
