Component Configuration: Images

Your brand is more than just a logo – it's the essence of your company. And your webinars are an extension of that brand. With webinar.net's Image component, you can promote your brand identity and create a cohesive, professional experience for your audience.

But don’t stop at visuals alone! Images can also act as powerful calls-to-action (CTAs)—helping you drive engagement by encouraging attendees to download resources, schedule demos, or explore additional content.

Setting Up the Image Component

  1. In the Interface Builder, add the Image component to your interface.

  2. Drag and drop the component into your preferred location.

  3. Hover over the component and click Configure.

  4. In the configuration window, click Upload to select an image file from your computer.

  5. Under Click Action, choose what should happen when an attendee clicks the image.

Click Action Options

Starting with this release, the Click Action setting supports opening almost any other component added to your console (except for the Link and Help components).

Available options include:

  • None – The image will be static and non-clickable.

  • Open External URL – Clicking the image opens the URL you enter.

  • Open Continuing Education Window – Direct attendees to the CE component.

  • Open Interprefy Window – Launch the Interprefy translation window.

  • Open Media Player Window – Bring up the Media Player component.

  • Open Presenter Window – Display the Presenter information window.

  • Open Refer Colleague Window – Launch the Refer-a-Colleague component.

  • Open Q&A Window – Display the Q&A component.

  • …and more, depending on the components available in your webinar console.

Final Adjustments

Once your image is uploaded, you can resize and position it freely in the layout. For more precise control, open the Arrange tab in the configuration menu and adjust exact size and location values.
