It is possible to enhance your webinar reporting by embedding hidden scripts on all webinar pages. You can do this through the "custom script" element, which allows you to automatically embed the necessary scripts or tags to the webinar in the appropriate locations.
To add your custom script or tag, you should first enter the webinar in question and then navigate to the "Registration" tab and click on "Elements"
Select the "Edit" button from the "Custom Script" option in the list of elements:
After clicking edit, a new menu will appear allowing you to paste in the required code for your custom script or tag:
With options to include the tag on all registration pages, thank you pages, or the live audience console.
Be sure to select the blue "Save" button when done!
This will embed the script or tag onto the selected pages automatically.
After completing this step, you should start seeing your scripts and tags responding to registrants and the relevant data populating within the tool you are using.
