Marketo Integration with Webhook
Updated over 4 months ago

Designing a custom registration page for your webinar that perfectly matches your brand and captures all the information you need is now made possible!

webinar.net integrates beautifully with Marketo through HTTP POST, allowing you to create a stunning landing page within your Marketo environment and seamlessly connect it to your webinar.

What you'll need to complete the integration setup:

  • Use the Marketo account to create and manage the following in Marketo:

    • Forms and registration fields

    • Webhook configuration and payload templates

  • Registration field mappings on the webinar.net side.

Setting Up the Registration Field Mappings

webinar.net

  1. Open the specific webinar you need to set up integration with.

  2. Click on Integration from the left menu.

  3. Select the Marketo Webhook tab.

  4. You will see that all the enabled registration fields are listed under Registration Field Mappings.

If you see the message below within the Marketo Webhook tab, you must first generate the webinar.net API Key and Secret for the webhook settings to appear. Click here to learn more.

  5. You must map the enabled fields from Marketo to webinar.net.
A complete field mapping is required for registration fields that require attendee selections.

  6. Once all the fields have been successfully mapped, click Save Mappings.

If you do not see the Marketo Webhook tab, please get in touch with support at support@webinar.net.
