Why Upload Content to Your Webinar?

Adding multimedia elements to your webinar offers several advantages:

How to Upload Your Webinar Content

You can manage your webinar assets in two primary ways: via the Webinar Scheduler or the Presenter Console.

1. Webinar Scheduler

On the Content tab, you can pre-load your media to ensure everything is ready for your broadcast:

  • Slides & Videos: Click the Upload button to import your files.

    • Supported Slide formats: .ppt, .pptx

    • Supported Video formats: .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .avi, .flv

  • Polls: Create custom questions to gauge audience sentiment or knowledge throughout the presentation.

  • URLs: Add relevant links to articles, whitepapers, or case studies to provide extra value to your attendees.​

2. Presenter Console

Within the Presenter Console, click the folder icon to open the Content window:

Managing Your Assets

  • Removing Content: If you need to clean up your workspace, select the Remove button next to any slide, video, poll, or URL to delete it from the session.

  • Downloading Content: Need a copy of your materials? You can easily export your assets by clicking the download icon next to any file. This is perfect for archiving your presentation files or sharing them with your team after the session.
