The Sessions component displays a curated list of webinars in a compact accordion layout. Attendees can expand each session to review its schedule, description, and presenters, then use the available action button to set a reminder, join the webinar, or watch it on demand.
Before you begin: Prepare the webinars you want to include. The Sessions component uses information already configured in each selected webinar, including its title, initial schedule, Webinar Abstract, and Presenters.
Information displayed for each session
The component automatically pulls the following information from each selected webinar:

To update the abstract or presenter details shown in the Sessions component, edit the Webinar Abstract and Presenter elements on the selected webinar's Registration page.
Add the Sessions component
Open the Interface Builder for the webinar that will host the Sessions component.
Open the component list and locate Sessions.
Select Add, then position and size the component in your interface.
Note: After the Sessions component has been added, the Media Player component can be deleted from the hosting webinar's interface.
Configure the component
Select the Sessions component, then use the Customize tab to configure its content and appearance.
Use the Customize gear to configure the Sessions component.
Add a description
Use the Description editor to add introductory text above the accordion. The editor supports formatted content, including HTML.
Customize the accordion header
Choose the accordion header's background colour and text colour.
Use Header Text to control the information displayed in each session header. The field supports variables that are populated with information from each selected webinar when the component loads.
Default header format: ${webinar.date.short} | ${webinar.time.short} | ${webinar.title}
For example, this format may display as: July 25 | 10:00 AM EST | Example Webinar Title. Select Learn more about variables in the component settings to review the available variables.
Customize the action buttons
Choose the button colour and text colour, then customize the label used for each attendee action.

Remind Me | Displayed until 15 minutes before the webinar begins. Selecting it registers the attendee for that webinar and displays a confirmation message. |

Add webinars
Under Webinars, select + Add Webinars.
Use the folder filter or search by webinar title or webinar key to find the webinars you want to include.
Select each webinar, then select Select to add them to the component.
Search for and select the webinars to include.
Selected webinars are automatically ordered by their scheduled start time. To use a different sequence, open the Arrange tab and drag the webinars into the preferred order.
Add the final thank-you message
Use Thank You Text to enter the message that will appear in the viewing window after every session has concluded. The editor supports formatted content, including HTML.
Enter the message attendees will see after all sessions have concluded.
When finished, select Save to apply the component settings.
What attendees experience
The Sessions component guides attendees through the selected webinars without requiring them to leave the hosting webinar's interface.
Browse sessions and set reminders
The first session in the list is expanded by default.
Attendees can expand or collapse each session to review its abstract and presenters.
Selecting Remind Me automatically registers the attendee for that webinar and displays a confirmation message.
The expanded session displays its action button, abstract, and presenter information.
A confirmation message appears after an attendee selects Remind Me.
Join a session
Beginning 15 minutes before a webinar starts, the Join Now button becomes available. When an attendee selects it, the webinar opens inside the current webinar's viewing window.
While the webinar loads, the viewing window displays a spinner and the webinar title. When loading is complete, the selected webinar's audience console appears.

Continue to the next session
When a webinar ends, the viewing window displays a presentation-ended message. If another upcoming webinar is available, attendees are shown that session with a Join Now button.
After a session ends, attendees can join the next upcoming webinar.
After all sessions conclude
After every selected webinar has concluded, the viewing window displays the message entered in Thank You Text.
The configured thank-you message appears after all sessions have concluded.
Review reporting
Each webinar added to the Sessions component remains a separate webinar and maintains its own registration, attendance, and engagement reporting.
When an attendee selects Remind Me, the registration is recorded in the reporting for that selected webinar.
When an attendee joins a session, their attendance and engagement activity are recorded in that webinar's standard reports.
To review or export results, open the reporting area for each webinar included in the component.
Note: The Sessions component organizes access to the selected webinars, but it does not combine their data into a separate component-level report.
