How to 'Broadcast' a message to webinar attendees

Producers can share messages with your audience during a webinar. Notify users when your Q&A session starts, when an attendee is about to speak, or if your webinar is running behind schedule.

Within Presenter Console, click on the Broadcast Messages icon on the lefthand menu.

Clicking on the Broadcast Messages icon will open the Broadcast Messages feature.

Click on [Broadcast] to create a message. You are allowed 500 characters within your broadcast message.

Your audience will see the Broadcast Message appear on the bottom right of their screen. For usability, the message will blink:
