What is the difference between Conversations, Q&A, and Group Chat?
What is the difference between Conversations, Q&A, and Group Chat?
Updated over a week ago

When presentations are interactive, members of the audience are significantly more likely to pay attention, to stay engaged, and to stay tuned in.

The Conversations feature allows presenters to send private messages to attendees. Conversations allow webinar presenters and attendees to communicate for the duration of the webinar. Only the presenters can initiate the one-to-one chat.

Group Chat is different than Conversations because of the conversations being open and visible to presenters and attendees. The entire purpose of a Group Chat is to share information with presenters and other attendees.

The Q&A feature allows attendees to type and send questions to presenters who can respond with answers privately or to the entire audience. Q&A sessions give audiences the opportunity to find out more about certain topics or even ask a question to someone that they would never normally get the chance.
