What are the system requirements to attend a webinar?
Internet Access: High-speed (5 Mbps or faster) via Cable, DSL, or Network is recommended.
Settings: Disable pop-up blockers and enable JavaScript.
Display: Aim for a resolution of at least 1366 x 768.
Hardware: Have a Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB+ of RAM.
Mobile Devices: For iPad, iPhone, or Android, use Wi-Fi instead of cellular networks.

Connectivity issues?
If you are unable to connect to your event/webinar, kindly check the following:
Company/personal VPN
Company/personal firewall settings
Company/country/region website encryption (Allowlisting)
Wi-Fi connection (try to run www.speedtest.net and check the download and upload speed)
Browser cache history and settings
DNS Settings (try to change the primary to 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4)
