Get ready to transform your webinar audience interface from ordinary to extraordinary! This guide is your one-stop shop for everything you need to know about adding a wow-worthy background—let's dive in!

In your Audience Interface Builder, select Settings.

There are three background types you can choose for your webinar:

  • Image: Use a single image you can upload for one-time use or choose from your personal or public library.

  • Single Color: Use the color selector to choose a single-color background.

  • Gradient: Use the two-color selector to generate a range of position-dependent colors.

Image

  1. Select Image for a single image background.

  2. Select Upload to upload an image from your computer.

    1. Recommended size: 1920x1080 pixels

    2. Supported format: .jpg, .jpeg, and .png

When you upload an image here, it will only be available for the webinar you are configuring. It will not be saved for future use.

To upload an image to your library, select Add and Edit Backgrounds (Library icon) on the left navigation rail of your Webinar.net Account Homepage.

    1. Color 1 is selected as a blue shade, and Color 2 is chosen as a green shade. The direction is set as Vertical.

    2. In this example, the two shades are the same but the direction is Horizontal.

    3. The example below shows the same two shades, but the direction is set to Diagonal Left.

    4. Lastly, the example below shows the same two shades, but the direction is set to Diagonal Right.
