Bulk Up Your Webinar with These Steps

From your My Webinars dashboard,

  • Select your webinar to bulk register attendees.

  • Access the Registration section and go to the Bulk Registration tab.

    • Bulk Registration supports uploading a CSV file to bulk-register attendees.

    • A downloadable Template is available on the Bulk Registration page, and you can get it by clicking the "Click here" hyperlink.
      The CSV file is dynamically generated based on the registration form.

    • Fill in the registrant information based on the downloaded template and upload your file. There are no limitations on the number of registrants that can be uploaded at once!

NOTE: Make sure to update your CSV file after changing the Registration Form.

  • During the bulk upload process, you have the option to send registration confirmation emails and update attendees' information.

NOTE: Registration Confirmation Email must be enabled within the Email Notifications to trigger the sending.
