Why is screen share not available?

Double-check and make sure to enable Screen Sharing within General Settings.
By default, screen share is disabled for all webinars.

You may share your screen with the audience during your presentation at any time.
However, if you have already started your webinar's live stream, you will need to refresh your browser and reconnect within the Presenter Console.
