Please check your device's loudspeakers - sometimes the connection to your computer can come loose - and make sure they are turned on.

  • Finally, ensure you have the correct sound device enabled and set for use on your computer. You will usually do this from your computer's Control Panel or by right-clicking on the speaker icon from the taskbar.
