We always recommend uploading the slides 24 hours in advance of your presentation. This will ensure ample time for testing your slide deck and allow you to correct any issues ahead of time.
When first opening the Presenter Console, each presenter should view all slides and ensure they look and act as expected.
What are the most important PowerPoint requirements?
Your PowerPoint deck should not exceed 500 MB.
Ensure you have an up-to-date version of PowerPoint that's no older than 2007. - If possible, avoid using Google Slides or otherwise
Upload slides as .PPT or .PPTX files - Other types aren't supported.
If using animations or transitions. Make sure each is configured for "on-click" and not "with-previous"
Do not use timed animations or transitions.
Do not password-protect your slide deck.
Do not link to external images or spreadsheets.
Do not use tables created from versions of Excel older than Excel 2007.
Do not use read-only or restricted by copyright fonts.
Embed any custom fonts or sizes below 0.5 pt.
Do not embed audio or video clips within the presentation.
Do not use fading or transitional backgrounds.
Use PowerPoint's standard animations instead of custom ones.
How to Convert Non-PowerPoint Files
If you are provided with something other than a (.PPT or .PPTX). You should return to the author and ask them to provide you with a PDF copy of the presentation. You can then use your favorite PDF program to export each slide as images, to then import into a new Powerpoint deck.
This is called "flattening" the deck, as you will lose any animations or transitions when saving a PDF and rendering the images.

Important Considerations and Information
PowerPoint slides may automatically advance if the "Use Timings" is enabled on any slide. ("Transitions" Tab > Advance Slide > "After")
Hidden slides may convert and display inside the presenter console.
Supported embedded image file types are JPG, PNG, and GIF.
Videos should not be embedded in PPT slides. Video can instead be uploaded to the "content section" for streaming & appear in your slide rundown.
Attendees cannot download a copy of the slides unless they are added to the resource component from within the interface builder.
If you have additional embedded text or graphics within your slide master (like page numbers, logos or graphical banners).
You should ensure that "Hide Background Graphics" is un-checked from within your slide master. And ensure that "Titles" and "Footers" are set to active.
